Ouistreham Riva-Bella, between land and sea
Les Prairies de la Mer is located 500m from the beautiful beach of Ouistreham Riva-Bella so grab your beach bag and go set up your towel on the white sand. Dive into your novel or let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep, while the kids have fun building sandcastles and finding pretty shells to keep as souvenirs. The wind is rising? Great, it’s time to get your kite out!
Do you like nature and wide open spaces? Then you will be conquered by the site of the Pointe du Siège, at the estuary of the Orne, protected for its ornithological and landscape wealth. At 3km from the campsite, the Bois du Caprice invites you to go for nice family walks in a preserved nature.
A lively and friendly city
Stroll through the streets of Ouistreham Riva-Bella and travel back in time by admiring the many Belle-Epoque villas. Continue your journey towards the port and its fish market. The most courageous will climb the 171 spiral steps of the lighthouse and enjoy a breathtaking view of the city and the sea as far as the eye can see (open to visitors every weekend in July and August).
